A useful match includes the site, role, public ID and current number.
Browse a brand first
The Browse Sites page lists the currently published Online sites. Open one to see its assigned-agent count, role filters, available profiles and active website destinations. A role filter keeps that site selected when you enter the directory.
Compare counts without adding them
An agent assigned to two sites contributes to both site totals. The all-site directory counts the contact once. Therefore the sum of brand counts can exceed the directory total without indicating duplicate profiles.
Separate assigned agents from shared support
Site totals exclude global Admin and Customer Service contacts. Brand pages display these shared contacts in their own section. A brand with zero assigned agents can still have active website links and published shared support.
Use badges as navigation
Each site badge on a profile opens that brand’s page. This lets you explore another published affiliation without losing the agent’s identity. Website and help links are labelled separately; check the displayed destination before leaving the directory.
