Follow these checks using the current directory, not an old message or screenshot.
Browse a brand first
The Browse Sites page lists the currently published Online sites. Open one to see its assigned-agent count, role filters, available profiles and active website destinations. A role filter keeps that site selected when you enter the directory.
Compare counts without adding them
An agent assigned to two sites contributes to both site totals. The all-site directory counts the contact once. Therefore the sum of brand counts can exceed the directory total without indicating duplicate profiles.
Move through linked profiles
A profile links to each available recorded upline. Masters can have a Super, Sub Admin and Admin above them; Supers can have a Sub Admin and Admin. Use the public ID links to inspect those records, or use the phone actions beside each published upline. Missing levels remain marked unavailable.
Save the profile address
Bookmark the profile rather than saving its phone in a screenshot. Reopening the address loads the currently published record. If the contact is removed from the published directory, its old profile becomes unavailable and stops showing that contact’s number.
